Dallas is the original “America’s Impression Engineer®”; she specializes in helping companies and individuals capitalize on the power of first impressions.
As the oldest child of a bipolar single parent, Dallas learned at an early age that to create a different future, she was going to have to make it happen. Learning the social skills that level all playing fields, Dallas broke the barriers of poverty and now has the passion to help others do the same.

In her latest book, Professionally Polished, Business Etiquette Savvy for Today’s Competitive Market Dallas offers practical tools to help those looking to recession proof their career by creating a competitive personal edge.

As a 20 year hospitality and hotel sales executive, Dallas brings her passion for the business community and for making a difference in the lives of others together as a speaker and trainer of business etiquette and international protocol.

Dallas is a proud member of Meeting Professionals International, Christian Meeting and Convention Association, President-Elect of Alabama’s Chapter of American Society for Training and Development, National Speaker Association Alabama Chapter, and Women of Will.

She established her company, LeadReferrals Consulting and Marketing Services Inc in 1999 as a networking, sales and marketing organization based on a strong code of ethics. After attending the Protocol School of Washington® in 2007, Dallas founded Make Your Best Impression to offer training in the areas of business etiquette, communications, and personal development. Today, Dallas is a speaker, author and entrepreneur whose passion is to help others make their best impression and eliminate barriers to their success.

In March 2009, Dallas was featured on the cover of Personal Excellence Magazine. She is, herself, a contributing writing for various magazine and business trades including the Birmingham Business Journal and Birmingham Works. Quoted in the “Career Couch” column in the New York Times, Dallas is now seen as the “go- to” expert when it comes to business etiquette and professional development. Dallas believes that business etiquette is for everyone. “It doesn’t take money to have class.”
